PRsue helps you create, execute, and manage your training program to help you optimize each day of training to peak for a key event or target date. How We re Different There are a lot of training apps out there. What makes PRsue different? A lot! But most importantly: (1) A Custom-Designed Program. Most training apps are one-size-fits-all. But we ve designed a truly custom plan that optimizes your training based on: Your current level of fitness How long you have to train for a particular event How much time in the week you have available to train How many days per week you plan to run The type of event you re training for (2) True Flexibility. With most training apps, if you miss a day or run further/shorter than planned, then you re off-plan and out of luck. But your body doesn t work that way and neither does PRsue. We ve developed a patent-pending, flexible algorithm that adjusts as you do. Changed a planned workout or skipped it altogether? No problem, we ll recalculate! Introducing the App Training programs incorporate best practices in volume periodization and guide the runner s intensity within each workout using target heart rate zones. Heart rate zones are individualized for each runner based on a test set automatically managed at the beginning of each training campaign. PRsue will keep you on the track to peak performance on race day. Achieving Your Peak Performance Runners will need a heart rate monitor to take advantage of all PRsue has to offer. If you already wear a heart rate monitor great! If you have never worn a heart rate monitor before, we ll teach you how to use it to optimize your training. PRsue is designed to connect with Bluetooth Smart, open-architecture heart rate monitors.
